The Monaco Yacht Show 2026 has once again reaffirmed its commitment to the environment. During the official visit of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II, the MYS presented its annual donation to the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, amounting to €55,000 this year, thus continuing a partnership that began in 2010.

The presentation took place aboard Dagger, a 67-meter Benetti yacht. Toby Moore, CEO of Informa Prestige, and Stephen Carter, CEO of Informa Group, handed the check to H.S.H. Prince Albert II, in the presence of Romain Ottavj, Executive Director of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
Year after year, this contribution supports the Foundation’s mission for environmental protection and sustainable development on a global scale.
“Supporting the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation is a commitment we renew every year with pride,” said Toby Moore, CEO of Informa Prestige. “As organizers, we have the responsibility to make the Monaco Yacht Show a platform for companies that are truly advancing our industry environmentally. The presence of His Serene Highness today strongly reminds us why this work is essential.”
H.S.H. Prince Albert II, a fervent supporter of environmental conservation, led the official delegation at the Monaco Yacht Show. The presentation of the check aboard the Benetti B.Now 67m M/Y Dagger was followed by the official presentation of the Sea Index tool by the Italian shipyard Azimut-Benetti, committed to measuring and reducing the carbon emissions of its entire fleet.
Since 2005, the MYS has been committed on multiple fronts to this cause: through its initiatives as the organizer of the show, via its Sustainability Hub, and, for the past two years, through the program and the Blue Wake Awards, which highlight proven sustainable solutions presented during the event.

Together, these actions are part of Monaco’s long-standing commitment to promoting more responsible yachting.
A memorandum of understanding (Memorandum of Understanding, MOU) was signed during H.S.H.’s visit between Sela and Tahaluf to develop the Red Sea Yacht Show, a new nautical event at the Jeddah Yacht Club, aimed at positioning the Red Sea as a global hub for winter yachting.

The MOU was signed in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, Stephen Carter (CEO of Informa Group), Mike Champion (CEO of Tahaluf), and Eng. Amer Daggag (SVP Venue Destinations General Manager of Sela). The Red Sea Yacht Show also benefits from the support of the Monaco Yacht Show, thus strengthening the ties between these prestigious events.
